• Cheating or exploiting bugs or unintended game mechanics

5. Virtual Currency

Our Service includes virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through gameplay, purchased with real money, or obtained through other methods we may offer. Coins are a limited license right and are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from us unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

We may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Coins at any time, with or without notice. We have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise these rights.

Transfers of Coins are prohibited except where explicitly authorized within the Service. This means you may not sell, trade, or transfer Coins to other users or third parties, or attempt to sell Coins for real money or items of value outside of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Coinner and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Coinner.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COINNER AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER COINNER NOR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR THAT ACCESS THERETO WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL COINNER, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS, BE LIABLE WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUBJECT MATTER OF THESE TERMS UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR: (I) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; OR (III) FOR INTERRUPTION OF USE OR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
